This week, we're exploring how to use an online group
of advisors to evaluate your market niche in terms of
potential profitability for your small business.
During these uncertain economic times, it's imperative
that you "follow the money" by identifying a market
niche of customers for your product or service who
have discretionary money to spend and who need your
product or service.
You can, for example, set up your own private LinkedIn
group, Facebook fan page, Twitter chat etc. as a
temporary advisory board to explore your market niche
before you make a commitment to a business model.
